Enquiries and catalog requests

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, business email, company, country, website, business type, product interests, quantities, timing and message. We use them to respond, discuss furniture sourcing and review requests for buyer resources. Please send only information relevant to your enquiry.

Enquiries are stored in our WordPress website and may be sent to our business email. Hosting and email providers process information to operate these services. Access to saved enquiries is restricted to website administrators. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Approved buyer accounts

Buyer accounts are used to provide approved access to selected catalogs and company resources. WordPress uses account information and authentication cookies to sign you in. Access is reviewed by our team and can be withdrawn. Please keep your account credentials private and contact us if they may have been shared or compromised.

Website storage and security

The furniture enquiry shortlist is saved in your browser so you can refer to your selections while browsing. You can clear it by removing the selections or clearing this site's browser data. Hosting services may record technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details for operation and security. The enquiry form uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions.

Maps and external services

The contact page includes a Google Maps embed. Loading it connects your browser to Google, which may process technical information under its own privacy practices. Links to Alibaba, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram open separate services governed by their own privacy notices. Information you send through those services is handled by the relevant platform as well as Karma Inc when we receive it.

Retention and your requests

We keep enquiry and account information for as long as needed to handle your request, maintain an ongoing business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied, or to close a buyer account. We may need to confirm your identity and retain records that are still required for an ongoing transaction or applicable obligations.
