You can place an order by choosing furniture from our catalog or sharing your custom designs or images with us. We’ll guide you through the process from selection to delivery.

Yes, all furniture can be tailored to your specific needs. You can modify designs, materials, colors, and dimensions to match your style.

 

Absolutely! Share your images or sketches, and our expert team will craft the furniture exactly as you want. We’ll create a sample for your approval before production begins.

We provide color and finish swatches for your approval via WhatsApp or email. For a better experience, we can also courier a sample for a hands-on look.

Our MOQ starts from 5 pieces per design. Combined orders should fill a full container, but we are flexible with MOQs based on your requirements.

We primarily operate on FOB terms. However, door-to-door delivery can be arranged on request.

  • Select designs from our catalog or provide your own.
  • Finalize designs and confirm MOQ (minimum 5 pieces).
  • Ensure the total CBM volume fills the container.
  • Receive a detailed quotation and approve it.
  • A 30% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
  • Once confirmed, we’ll start production within 24 hours.

 

We require a 30% advance to begin production. After that, we proceed with manufacturing and share updates with you.

 

 

Once production is complete, we’ll share final photos and details. Upon your approval, the balance 70% payment will be due before container dispatch. We will then send you the Bill of Lading (B/L) and other necessary documents. manufacturing and share updates with you.

 

 

We take packaging seriously to ensure damage-free delivery. Our standard packaging includes 5 to 7 ply cartons, foam corner protectors, bubble wrap, and non-woven fabric. If you have special packaging needs, we can accommodate them.

If there’s any manufacturing defect, we will provide a full replacement or reimbursement without delays.

Yes, we can supply any certifications required for export. Just inform us in advance, and we’ll ensure timely delivery of the necessary documents.
